  • Return Policy

  • Due to the highly collectible nature of our toys, Christmas ornaments and seasonal items, all sales are final. Beyora only accepts returns on defective items, within 7 days of receipt of package, all packages are sent with delivery confirmation.  Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization # if your item is indeed defective and has been delivered within the last 7 days.

    All items are tested and inspected before leaving Beyora, all return items are inspected and tested upon receipt. If item is deemed to be functional or in the condition listed when sold (by a member of the Beyora staff), the buyer is responsible to pay return shipping for their item. All defective items will be refunded promptly.

    All packages over $100 in value are insured for both the customer and Beyora at the expense of Beyora.
